Key Responsibilities:
- Client-Centric Advice: Deliver high-quality, holistic financial planning that is built around each client’s unique life journey, goals, and aspirations.
- Tech-Enabled Solutions: Utilise digital tools and platforms to enhance efficiency, engagement, and service delivery.
- Innovative Thinking: Challenge outdated industry norms and contribute to shaping a new way of doing things.
- Business Growth: Build strong client relationships, develop referrals, and contribute to the firm’s expansion.
- Regulatory & Compliance Excellence: Ensure all advice meets FCA requirements while maintaining a progressive, client-first approach.
- Engaging and growing a client bank: Supporting the clients of ii to better understand and take control of their financial future.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Adviser (Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent, Chartered status desirable).
- A modern mindset—embracing technology and new ways of working.
- A client-focused approach with a passion for improving financial wellbeing through life-centred planning.
- An entrepreneurial spirit—excited to be part of a high-growth, disruptive firm.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to connect with a diverse range of clients.
- Experience in a financial advisory role with a track record of delivering great client outcomes.
