About the role…
We’ve an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Digital Support team at our Head Office in Alfreton, on a fixed-term contract for 12 months. You'll work Monday to Friday, including one late shift per week, and one Saturday every four weeks (with the flexibility to work from home on your Saturday shift).
Our Customer Support team delivers a highly tailored service to our members across multiple channels, including email, telephone and live chat. You’ll be the first point of contact, ensuring every member feels valued and genuinely cared for at every interaction.
About you…
We’d love to hear from you if you’ve a genuine empathy for our members and a passion for delivering exceptional service. And you’re:
Ideally, you’ll bring experience from a fast-paced contact centre environment and a familiarity with Salesforce (training will be provided if needed), while also having an understanding of Slimming World and Food Optimising.
