LSH Auto is seeking a proactive and dedicated Customer Success Team Leader for our Mercedes Benz division. You will be responsible for leading and inspiring the Customer Success team to deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their ownership journey.
This role is based at our flagship dealership in Stockport and involves managing team performance, handling escalated customer enquiries, and implementing strategies that enhance customer loyalty.
Hours - 45
Salary - £51,600 including OTE bonus
