Consultant - Strategy & Transformation

Role Summary 

Support the translation of strategy and architecture into structured delivery outputs, enabling transformation programmes to move from design to execution effectively.

The Role 

Support delivery of transformation programmes by structuring workstreams, maintaining alignment between strategy and execution, and contributing to architecture and delivery outputs. 

What you’ll be doing 

• Translate strategy and architecture into plans, workstreams and deliverables  

• Support development of roadmaps aligned to strategic priorities  

• Contribute to capability models, process and architecture artefacts  

• Maintain delivery artefacts (plans, RAID, documentation)  

• Support coordination across teams and stakeholders  

• Assist workshops and stakeholder engagement activity  

• Ensure alignment between design outputs and delivery execution  

• Contribute to internal tools, methods and continuous improvement

This role sits at the Consultant level within PACT’s consulting career pathway (Analyst → Consultant → Senior Consultant → Lead → Principal), with increasing ownership of delivery, stakeholders and outcomes. 

• Experience in transformation, business analysis or delivery roles  

• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills  

• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear outputs  

• Understanding of how strategy, systems and delivery interact  

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills  

• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities  

Desirable: 

• Higher education or transformation experience  

• Exposure to enterprise architecture or capability modelling  

• Experience supporting system implementation or transformation programmes
