We’re Looking For Someone Who:
✅ Is a natural leader, mentor, and motivator
✅ Thrives on positive change, innovation, and team development
✅ Champions person-centred support that reflects dignity and individuality
✅ Builds strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and the wider community
✅ Has experience in care, team leadership, and values-led service delivery
✅ Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a car
✅ Is qualified to level 4 (in a Health and Social Care related subject)
In This Role, You Will:
- Lead and support a high-performing home care team
- Be a visible role model and culture-setter in the Belong Morris Feinmann community
- Mentor new colleagues and nurture their development
- Ensure high standards of care, safety, and wellbeing for our customers
- Bring passion, purpose, and positivity to each day – and inspire others to do the same
