<\/span><\/span><\/h2>As a <\/span><\/span>Community Care Assistant<\/span><\/span><\/b>, no two days are the same. You will provide essential support to individuals with a variety of needs, helping them maintain independence while feeling safe, respected, and valued in their own homes.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>Your responsibilities will include:<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/h3>Providing personal care (washing, dressing, personal hygiene)<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>Supporting with meal preparation, shopping, and light household duties<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>Offering companionship and emotional support<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>Prompting or administering medication in line with care plans<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any changes to the office / oncall<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>Travelling between service users within the Swadlincote area (mileage paid)<\/span>
