As our Chilled Buyer, you’ll take ownership of a fast-moving and commercially critical category, driving availability, margin and member value.

• Sourcing and procuring a compelling range of chilled products that meet our members’ needs while delivering against sales and margin targets

• Building and nurturing strong supplier relationships, positioning us as the partner of choice for surplus streams
• Negotiating pricing agreements and developing effective supplier partnerships to optimise margins
• Analysing sales performance and member feedback to continually refine and strengthen the chilled range
• Collaborating with Marketing to create impactful promotional campaigns and drive sell-through
• Working closely with Operations to ensure products flow through the business efficiently and effectively
• Staying ahead of industry trends and attending relevant events to identify new product opportunities

Salary

• Competitive plus Company Car

Hours

• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• Hybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
• Very occasional weekend work may be required
