What You’ll do:
As our Chilled Buyer, you’ll take ownership of a fast-moving and commercially critical category, driving availability, margin and member value.
- Sourcing and procuring a compelling range of chilled products that meet our members’ needs while delivering against sales and margin targets
- Building and nurturing strong supplier relationships, positioning us as the partner of choice for surplus streams
- Negotiating pricing agreements and developing effective supplier partnerships to optimise margins
- Analysing sales performance and member feedback to continually refine and strengthen the chilled range
- Collaborating with Marketing to create impactful promotional campaigns and drive sell-through
- Working closely with Operations to ensure products flow through the business efficiently and effectively
- Staying ahead of industry trends and attending relevant events to identify new product opportunities

Salary
- Competitive plus Company Car
Hours
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Hybrid working – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
- Very occasional weekend work may be required
