Clinic Coordinator - CurrentBody Skin: The Clinic

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a globally recognised brand to bring customers the best in clinical aesthetics combined with home use technology.

What you’ll be doing:

• Provide exceptional front-of-house client support, ensuring a warm and professional welcome for all guests.
• Manage client bookings, scheduling, and payment processing with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain up to date and organised records in line with company policies and standards.
• Assist with internal and external audits by preparing and reviewing necessary documentation.
• Contribute to delivering a seamless, high end client experience aligned with the company’s luxury service standards.

Skills, knowledge & expertise:

• Previous experience within a Clinic is essential, ideally within a luxury professional environment.
• Experience with booking systems such as Pabau or Phorest.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-service mindset.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy in handling information.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Integrity and discretion when handling confidential client or company information.
