Job Role: Temporary Child Support worker

Location: Walsall

Pay rate: £13.68 – £18.00 - Inc holiday pay

Requirements: Proven Professional Care Experience.

Our support workers will need to have an ability to develop relationships with people and are adept at managing challenging situations. You will have a skill of understanding and encouraging people to look after themselves and live life in the fullest way possible.

You will need experience of adults with:-

· ADHD

· Learning Disabilities

· Spectrum Disorders

. Mental Health

. Sensory Impairment

Support workers duties: -

• Providing physical support
• Prompting personal hygiene
• Providing emotional support
• Supporting and helping with health care needs
• Encouraging and supporting the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests
• Teaching life skills, such as shopping, using public transport and paying for bills
• Working with other healthcare professionals to ensure that all care needs meet the highest possible standards

The work will be focused on supporting those who are vulnerable, so it is vital that you:

• Have at least 6 months experience within a professional care setting within the last 3 years

• Have the right to work in the UK
