• Support service users to remain independent and comfortable within their own homes.<\/span>

• Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and maintaining personal hygiene with dignity and respect.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Assist with meal preparation, shopping, and light household tasks to help create a safe and welcoming environment.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Offer companionship and emotional support, sharing plenty of tea, good company, and heartwarming stories along the way.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Prompt or administer medication as outlined in individual care plans.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Observe and report any changes in wellbeing to the office or on -call team.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Travel around Swadlincote like the local hero you are – fuel allowance included!<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Work flexible shifts, typically 35+ hours per week, including one weekend on and one weekend off.<\/span>

  • A full UK driving licence <\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Access to your own vehicle <\/span>

  • Availability to work a mix of early mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends.<\/span>

      Unqualified carers earn from Â£12.65–£19.28 per hour on weekdays and Â£13.00–£19.80 per hour at weekends.<\/span>

      Qualified carers (Level 2+) earn Â£13.10–£19.95 per hour on weekdays and Â£14.00–£21.30 per hour at weekends.<\/span>
