BYD Parts Specialist

LSH Auto is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for a BYD Parts Specialist. This role is instrumental in supporting our BYD vehicle range by managing parts inventory and providing expert advice to customers and workshop teams.

As a BYD Parts Specialist, you will ensure the availability and efficient supply of BYD parts to maintain seamless repair and maintenance operations.

Hours: 45 per week

Salary: £30,387, with OTE bonus

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the ordering, stocking, and distribution of BYD parts.
• Provide specialist knowledge and advice on BYD parts to customers and colleagues.
• Work closely with the service department to ensure timely availability of parts.
• Maintain accurate records of BYD parts inventory and transactions.
• Support the development and growth of the BYD parts department.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in automotive parts, ideally with BYD or electric vehicle brands.
• Strong knowledge of BYD vehicle parts and systems.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Proficiency in using inventory and parts management software.
• A valid UK driving licence.
