As a Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to our residents. We welcome both experienced nurses and newly qualified candidates who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to residents based on their individual needs and care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team
- Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes to the senior staff
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure comprehensive care for residents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records
- Foster a supportive and respectful environment for residents, families, and colleagues
Requirements
Requirements:
- Valid nursing qualification and current NMC registration
- We will also accept application Newly qualified Nurse.
- Compassionate and empathetic nature, with a genuine desire to provide the best care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to challenging situations
- Willingness to learn and continuously improve nursing skills
