<\/p>We are looking for a motivated
and professional administrator to join our friendly accounts team. In this
role, you will play a key part in supporting the team to help ensure the smooth
and efficient running of our finance operations.<\/span><\/span>

with flexible hours and days, to be discussed at interview.<\/span><\/span>

<\/p>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>- Responsible for
providing day -to -day administrative support to the accounts team to ensure the
smooth running of financial operations.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Scanning, filing and
maintaining financial and administrative documents in an organised and
accessible manner.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Entering data into
internal systems and spreadsheets.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Carrying out stationery
stock checks.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Assisting with the
preparation of payroll information.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Recording and
calculating staff annual leave to support payroll and reporting processes.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Support the team with
the implementation and development of new systems or processes.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Assist with financial
reconciliation, and help to identify and resolve any discrepancies.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Retrieving and
compiling financial data and reports as needed to support effective
decision -making and ensure accurate record keeping<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Any other reasonable
administrative tasks to support the team.<\/span><\/span>

<\/p>Qualifications, Experience,
Skills and Personal Qualities:<\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>- Good level of education
in English and Maths<\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Business Administration
qualification or equivalent experience<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Proficient in the use
of Microsoft Office software / applications<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Good communication
skills, both written and verbal<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Previous experience of
working in a busy office environment<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Good organisational and
time -management skills<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Must have an awareness
of confidentiality<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Reliable and
trustworthy and able to handle sensitive financial information<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Must be a team player
and able to work effectively with colleagues and other departments<\/span><\/span>
