aps Events & Media Ltd is a successful, diverse and well‑established events and media production company. We specialise in delivering global events – both virtual and live – and creating exciting, innovative digital media within the healthcare sector.
We are now looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. This is a full-time, varied role that would suit someone who is an “all rounder” when it comes to finance-related administrative and support tasks.
Key responsibilities will include:
You’ll also support the team by assisting with monthly VAT reconciliations and the purchase ledger.
You’ll have a good understanding of finance processes gained in a similar role and have a proactive approach to tasks. You’ll also be able to prioritise your own workloads and be confident in communicating with colleagues of all levels.
For this role you will need to be proficient in MS Office software, particularly MS Excel. If you have experience using accounting software such as Sage this would be an advantage, but is not essential as training will be given.
