What you'll do:
- Manage and nurture a portfolio of client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns
- Develop and implement account strategies to drive growth and improve client satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and services for clients
- Monitor account performance, preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue within existing accounts
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in account management or in a similar client-focused role
- Strong understanding of IT services and technology solutions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective client relationships
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
