We’re looking for an Account Executive who’s highly organised, people-savvy, and eager to kick-start or grow their career in a fast-paced agency environment. You’ll be the crucial link between our clients and creative team – keeping projects on track, timelines tight and communication clear.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Acting as the day-to-day contact for a portfolio of exciting automotive clients
• Briefing creatives and ensuring deliverables are on brand, on time and on point
• Managing timelines, task lists and project status updates
• Supporting Account Managers and Directors with campaign planning and delivery
• Attending meetings, taking notes, and following up to keep everything moving
• Maintaining project management platforms including Synergist, Hubspot and Monday.com
• Contributing energy, ideas and positive vibes to the team and our clients
What We’re Looking For
• UK driving licence (mandatory)
• Available to work from our Leeds office at least 4 days per week (mandatory)
• Some agency or client-facing experience (preferred)
• A natural communicator – confident in person, over email or on a call
• Detail-oriented but able to keep the bigger picture in focus
• A proactive multitasker who’s not fazed by a fast pace
• Confident, curious and unafraid to ask questions
• A team player who’s also comfortable taking the lead
• Passion for branding, marketing and the creative process
