Now, as we continue to scale rapidly, we're hiring a Post Production Manager to help manage our growing Post Production team. This role will be a key part of our Performance Creative division, managing and optimising the delivery of high-impact video ads for a range of exciting D2C clients.

The RoleWe’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Post Production Manager to lead and optimise our post-production process across a growing team of remote editors. You’ll ensure every asset that leaves the studio meets our creative, performance, and delivery standards - balancing speed, consistency, and quality.
This is a pivotal role for the agency. You’ll keep the post-production team running efficiently day-to-day while also supporting the structure and culture that will scale as we grow. You’ll manage workflows, priorities, and people with clarity, helping the team stay aligned with creative KPIs, deadlines, and client outcomes.
You’ll also play a key role in identifying opportunities to enhance capabilities, from adopting AI-driven tools to supporting the recruitment and development of new post-production talent. And as a key part of a creative team built around e-commerce performance, you’ll bring a genuine passion for social-first content - understanding what makes a video stop the scroll, drive conversions, and resonate with online audiences.
