Role: Family Support Practitioner
Salary: £26,006.84 per annum
Location: Derby, Derbyshire. Our office is based in Cromford.
Contract/Hours: This is a fixed-term contract to provide maternity cover for an approximate period of 12 months (subject to variation depending on the needs of the business), working 37 hours a week Full Time

A bit about the role
Space 4 U is a specialist service working with children and young people aged 5-18 years living in Derbyshire, who are impacted by someone else's substance misuse. We offer 1:1 intervention to the children and young people we support based on an assessment of need. We also offer some group work.
As a Family Support Practitioner, you will provide support to children, young people, and families by agreeing and directly delivering interventions to enable positive and agreed outcomes to be achieved, in accordance with organisational policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
