About the Team:
You will be joining The Beauty Tech Group’s EXPAT team that thrives on creativity, data-driven decision-making and delivering results. This is a global role focused on overseas Chinese partnership and social media. We work collaboratively with multiple departments to ensure brand awareness is strategically, selectively, and effectively amplified across EXPAT social media through our partners and drive customer engagement globally.

You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, handle multiple global partnerships, co-ordinate social media activities and bring impactful campaigns to life. About the Role:
•Assist with the day-to-day management of CurrentBody Chinese speaking influencers as well as platforms and agencies with account troubleshooting, partnership retention, campaign management, content curation and execution
•Tracking industry, social media, and competition to better understand trends, conversations and keywords, and identify opportunities and develop influencer partnerships across a variety of Social Media platforms for strategic growth
•Ensure the continuous optimisation of social media channels, partnerships and performances
•Plan and execute partnership calendar for all new launches, promotions, campaigns as well as strategies and initiatives to drive brand awareness and sales, meet channel revenue objectives and maximise ROAS
•Support the wider marketing team with weekly performance report to ensure they stay on course
Candidate Requirements:
•Must be fluent in Mandarin and English
•Ability to thrive in a fast-pace environment with competing deadlines and changing priorities
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills with great attention to detail
•Can work independently while working effectively with people at all levels of the business
•Strong prioritisation skills, able to balance multiple projects at any one time
•Exceptional storytelling ability and creative skills
•Knowledgeable and passionate about beauty devices
•Solid knowledge and understanding of Chinese social media platforms
•Experience with marketing and social media is a plus
•Interested in the e-commerce industry
